We offer free cancellations or returns for services within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the terms outlined below.

  • Non-Delivery of services: In the occasion where we are unable to offer a service we’ve committed before due to any changes or unavailability of that service, we’ll inform you and initiate your refund. 
  • Non-Availability of the Service: We understand that any unforeseen circumstances can arise that will result in suspension or discontinuation of any specific service from any side; the university, embassies, or other side involved, we’ll let you know the circumstances and initiate your refund. 

How to Request a Refund

  • Submit a refund request along with the required documentation or details.
  • Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with our policy.
  • Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Covan Educom based on the specific circumstances of the request.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days and issued using the original payment method.
